Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Starlight International Travel (“the Travel”) and its customers. By using the Agency’s services, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Starlight International Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

General Terms and Conditions:

Starlight International Travel is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes in travel arrangements that are beyond its control. The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas. The customer must inform the Agency of any special needs or requests, such as dietary restrictions or wheelchair accessibility, at the time of booking. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Starlight International Travel is accurate and complete. The customer must comply with all local customs and laws at their destination.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@starlighttravels.ca or through our customer service hotline at 416-745-0000.Please note that cancellation policies vary by airline and other service providers. Details regarding cancellation fees will be outlined in the invoice provided to you at the time of booking.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made in accordance with the cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Local Customs and Laws:

The customer is responsible for complying with all local customs and laws at their destination. Starlight International Travel is not responsible for any actions taken by the customer that are in violation of local customs or laws.

Limitation of Liability:

Starlight International Travel is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during travel. Starlight International Travel is not liable for any loss or damage to luggage or other personal belongings. Starlight International Travel’s liability for any claims arising out of its services is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Marketing:

Starlight International Travel may use customer information for marketing purposes, unless the customer opts out of such communications. Starlight International Travel will not sell customer information to third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Starlight International Travel makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to its services.

Starlight International Travel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

Air Travel Terms and Conditions:

The customer is responsible for complying with all air travel terms and conditions, including those of the airline.

The customer must comply with all security measures and regulations at the airport.

Fees:

The customer is responsible for all fees associated with travel, including but not limited to airline fees, visa fees, and taxes. Starlight International Travel may charge a service fee for its services.

Loss of Tickets or Luggage:

The customer must report any loss of tickets or luggage to the appropriate authorities and obtain a report. Starlight International Travel will assist the customer in obtaining any necessary documentation for a claim.

Agreement:

By using the services of Starlight International Travel, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
