Starlight International Travel Cancellation & Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

1.1. Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@starlighttravels.ca or through our customer service hotline at 416-745-0000.Please note that cancellation policies vary by airline and other service providers. Details regarding cancellation fees will be outlined in the invoice provided to you at the time of booking.

1.2. Cancellation by Starlight International Travel Agency:

We reserve the right to cancel a trip if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, or any other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer for the trip. Refund Policy:

2.1. Refunds for Cancellation by the Customer:

If you cancel your trip in accordance with the above cancellation policy, we will refund the applicable amount within 30 days of receiving your written notice of cancellation. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment was made.

2.2. Refunds for Cancellation by Starlight International Travel Agency:

If we cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer for the trip within 30 days of the cancellation.

2.3. Refunds for Unused Services:

No refunds will be given for any unused services, including accommodations, meals, or transportation, once the trip has commenced.

Change Policy:

3.1. Changes by the Customer:

If you need to make changes to your travel plans, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but additional charges may apply, depending on the nature of the changes.

3.2. Changes by Starlight International Travel Agency:

We reserve the right to make changes to a trip itinerary, including accommodations, transportation, and activities, if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, or any other unforeseeable events.

We will inform you of any such changes as soon as possible.

By booking with Starlight International Travel Agency, you agree to our cancellation and refund policy. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
